How long does delivery take?
Italy Standard is 2–6 working days, €6, free from €99. Express 1–4 days, €6. EU: international Standard 4–9 days, €16. B2B and embroidery follow the quote.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size guide and the product-page assistant. If unsure, send chest and height.
Can I return or exchange?
You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, unwashed and with original labels. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Made-to-measure or personalised goods are excluded.
How does the Business area work?
Reserved price list, quote instead of checkout, reorder by size.
Do you issue e-invoices?
Yes, with split payment and CIG/CUP for public bodies.
How should I care for the clothes?
Suits: dry clean. Shirts: 30°C. Merino knit: cold or dry clean.
