How to request a return
To start the process, email us at info@delmare1911.it or contact us by Instagram DM @delmare.1911, including:
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Return shipping method (managed by us or self-shipped)
Return shipping methods and costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You can choose one of two options:
Return managed by us. We can generate the shipping label for you. In that case the courier cost is deducted when the refund is issued.
Self-managed return. You may ship the parcel with a courier of your choice. A tracked method is required and you must send us the tracking number.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original labels and tags.
- The right of withdrawal applies to all products, including sale or promotional items, except made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods.
